Above mentioned time is a rough idea of our routine, however we might change slightly depending on certain factors such as weather etc.... Also We're open to suggestions or any concerns so feel free to discuss any needs you may have particulary for your child.
With infants and small babies these times may change according to their needs.
Transition Period
The first day children can come for two hours with Parents staying with them.
The next time the child comes to care, the Parent stays for a short time & then leaves the child for two hours unaccompanied.
Following time, the child comes to care for a half day unaccompanied, but the Parent should allow enough time in their morning to remain for a short time with the child before leaving.
After this, the next time the child comes for a full day unaccompanied. Not every child adapts the same so there is a lot of flexibility in this area. Parents know their children best.
Permission forms
FDC have a range of forms ranging from allowing photos to be published, all excursions, including planned and regular daily outings.
Charges
All fees are payable on the Friday of each fortnight of care. These fees can be paid by cash or direct deposit/transfer into Alicia's Family Day Care Bank account. Please ensure that you organise your Childcare Benefit prior to care so your rebate is in effect from day one. I also require a two week bond depending on the hours of care.
